Onomichi Lemon Nabe cooperating restaurants
Wakaba
A restaurant frequented by the late artist Ikuo Hirayama, whenever he visited his hometown. Wakaba serves delicious, fresh octopus and eel caught locally, and are known for their pressed eel sushi, made with a secret sauce recipe passed down for generations. Their original Lemon Nabe made with plenty of local lemons is also one of their specialty dishes.
Taking advantage of their vast knowledge, we have teamed with Wakaba to develop the basic recipe for our Onomichi Lemon Nabe, based on the guidelines listed above.
